How To Create Five Travel Looks With Just Five Products
One of my recent posts was about how to vacation with only five beauty items.
Now this was kind of a huge claim, especially if you’re like me and have an embarrassingly large makeup collection.
It might seem impossible, but I promise you can achieve everything from a fresh face to a full face with only 5 items in your bag and I’ll show you how!
Just for reference, here are the items in my travel bag:
Estee Edits' Glow Face + Eye Palette (sneak "Grit" into your travel bag too if you need to break out some intense looks too)
Eucerin Daily Protection Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Moisturizing Face Lotion
L'oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara (waterproof for travel)
Marc Jacobs So Rouge Le Marc Lip Crème (A birthday mini from Sephora)
Eucerin Daily Protection Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Moisturizing Face Lotion
Day One: Travel Day
Don’t stress on travel days; mascara and a little stain of red lipstick is all you need to look put together.
Day Two: A Day At The Beach
Some concealer, shimmery bronze shade as an eyeliner, lip stain application of red lipstick and a golden skin glow. Perfect for your day at the beach. Don’t forget to put on your SPF moisturizer!
Day Three: "Out To Lunch"
This is the perfect subtle makeup look if you have plans to go out to lunch and need to look a little more "put together." White gold shadow on the lids, the bronze-y shade in the crease, the pink shade on the cheeks and a little extra red on the lips.
Day Four: A Pin-Up-Esque Look
Say "hello" to a gorgeous pin-up look that will take you from day to night. If you don’t have time to touch up on your travels, just add “eyeliner” to the last look and dab on a little more red lipstick. You’d never know the black liner was actually done with my mascara and a brush!
Day Five: Hyper-Glam
I promised that you could make a full face look with only five products while traveling. Well, here it is! An intense application of bronze on the eye, top and bottom eyeliner, mascara and full-on red lips (which, yes, I am indeed quite a fan of).
I also mixed moisturizer in with my concealer to create a light foundation and added a light golden glow to the face.
There you have it, lovelies!
