#TestedWithLove: A Mysterious 3-In-One Shower Product
All my life, I have been plagued by sub-par hair. It is naturally pretty thin and years of not getting enough protein in my diet, coupled with an obsession with dying my locks every color under the sun has led to a messy mane situation.
As such, I have spent I-don't-even-want-to-know-how-much (I mean, realizing how much I spent on my hair each month was horrifying enough) on oils, treatments and super specialized products that were supposedly geared specifically toward my particular set of hair shortcomings.
But I recently had an accidental encounter with a shower product that makes me want to throw my beloved hair stash out the window because they are filled with lies!
The product in question is a bodywash-meets-shampoo-meets...conditioner, I think? It's all in French. I have Googled and Googled and am still not really sure what brand this is made by. Man?
Except the bottle color scheme of my bottle is green and black and it doesn't say Nivea anywhere on it. Hm...
Anyway, I can't speak to the bodywashing capabilities here because you can have my JĀSÖN Purifying Tea Tree Body Wash when you pry it from my cold, dead hands, but suds-ing up with just a dab of this product every day has worked wonders for my hair.
I mentioned how pleased I was with this to the man that I am borrowing (ahaha) this from and apparently this is a pretty cheap-y, basic product and it has still worked better for me than any shampoo and conditioner combination that I have ever tried.
What a world, eh?
Come complain with me about the deceptive marketing tactics that trick consumers into buying unnecessary products on Twitter. Or we can just talk about, like, eyeshadow or something. Or both!
