#TestedWithLove: Ayla + MyHavtorn Happy Tea

First of all, thank you to Ayla Beauty for letting me try their Happy Tea (which Dara actually recently mentioned in her interview with us).

Ayla + MyHavtorn Happy Tea ($39)

Before I share my thoughts on this tea, I must confess that, before trying this, I was not a huge tea fan, generally-speaking.

But, knowing what I know now, between the taste and the health benefits, I can honestly say that this tea has convinced me to completely reconsider my initial outlook.

This is made from organic sea buckthorn leaf—which is kind of MyHavtorn's forte incidentally. The leaf is a mighty anti-inflammatory remedy that also provides support to our immune systems. Like many other green teas, it is full of minerals that are vital to our health, including calcium, magnesium and potassium.

The amazing health benefits right there sound like enough to get anyone hooked. But the best part of all is that it is a known mood-booster. Pairing the tea cold with a sliced lemon is going to be my favorite summer-time refresher (just thinking about that is a mood-booster in itself).

At the end of the day, Ayla + MyHavtorn Happy Tea is everything I need in a tea. I have tried my fair share of teas that have left me skeptical before so it's not like I'm the easiest person to sway in this arena.

After brewing this tea cold, I was shocked to discover just how perfect this tea is. It tastes like a delicate green tea, but better, somehow. It’s like it was meant for me. The taste, paired with the countless benefits it boasts, of course, make it borderline addictive. I'm hooked.
